I deliver this khutbah in the second jum’ua of Ramadan, a month in which we are invited to reflect upon nothing short of something truly monumental, that all Muslims believe in. Something that we affirm numerous times every day. Every time we read the Fatiha, we affirm that God, in revealing the Fatiha, has given every single Muslim a letter of appointment.
